One of them says "Brewing beer is neither complicated nor expensive," writes the builder of this handsome Texas-themed HERMS system. "It's the responsibility of the brewer to make it as complicated and expensive as their wifes [sic] will allow." That's about as opposite of my philosophy as you can get!

While we are on the subject of brew rigs. What additions or upgrades have you guys made to your rigs? I'm in the process of building a Son Of Fermentation
