On a completely different note:
I received a ticket for an expired tag while driving a vehicle registered to my brother (birthday - June). My birthday is in October so I completely didn't think about the vehicle's registration. Do I still receive the ticket?

You drive, you're responsible for all things in and about the vehicle. In TX, you can get vehicle registered properly within 10 days of receiving ticket and get it dismissed with only a court fee. Make him get it legal, but ticket is still yours. BTW, there's a PUI forum for all non-beer related posts, it's link is at the bottom of the forum page.

Hopefully pissed at your brother, not the officer who was just doing his job.

Anything not beer related goes in PUI.....PUI is just a name, not a requirement!
