Sounds good to me! I will be enjoying my first brew ever, an Aussie Ale, has been bottles 14 days, been drinking them since day7 in bottle, keeps getting better everyday, unfortunately it will all be gone soon. Not sure I am going to very good at aging, I just want to drink them, not age them! haha

Well, I know it's too early to drink...but the day I've had, it could be fresh fermented, and I'd drink it.

There are some brews that I love the taste of "green". English Bitter comes to mind. Nothing wrong with hitting it a little early...

Well, I talked a big game, but got home and drank one...yeah...just one. Oh well... This recipe is really good, but next time I'll just use California Ale or SF Lager with it.
