I am looking for a recipe for TommyKockers Imperial Maple Brown Ale and I was led to believe that BYO's book of 150 clones has it. I will be ordering the magazine on friday but I want to get that recipe into my program. I would like to see what I need to order and what I can get from my LHBS. If someone could please post the recipe or email it to me that would be great.

Well what the heck is your problem!

Ok, I can't even pretend to type angry. I appreciate the recipe I will copy it into my program. If all else fails I can tweek this one to make it imperial, and now I will have a comparison for when the magazine shows up.

yeah thats right on Cody, I wrote it down at work, but left the paper there... derp

IMHO round up or down to the nearest quarter pound on the grains (it doesn't need to be that precise) and double the maple syrup. I had a buddy that did this (atleast the double syrup part) and it worked out lovely.

Thanks guy for all the help. I will get this into my program and have a lil fun with it. It's so nice to have a lifetime supply of maple products! My in-laws run a sugar bush in the U.P. so I can get any quantity.
