yeah, when is it guys? i don't want to actually "take" the class, but i would like to audit it if thats alright. i have a few beers you fellas need to try.

Well big brew was there on the 3rd and the next week was the day before mothers day. This and possibly next week TimO is out of town or busy so probably towards May. We are very busy at the brewery and are losing a brewer at the end of the month so it has sort of been shifted down on the priorities. We will give atleast a couple weeks notice and hope for a decent turn out, the turn out the last couple of times have been less than stellar, but I will chalk that up to my inadequicy in being able to notify people on short notice.

Yup. We failed to advertise the last two very well. Not a problem as those that showed learned lots.
June will be tough but doable.....maybe. I've got drywalling, a new roof, new garage floor and a new pool liner activities planned for June. And to emphasize what Mr C said, there are big changes afoot at the brewery.
In order to get things out of the way, I may just brew up a few batches this weekend if my plans to go up to the tip o' the mit fall thru. Not to worry though as I have six kegs of beer waiting for their place in the keggerator. Still have not tapped my Mai bock and its almost thru the month already! My god its been lagering since December!!

If nessicary it will be done. July is going to probably not happen. The production manager is going to Hawaii so I will be very busy bustin ass and I am going to be busy the first week because of previous obligations. Also the beer run is on the 14th or something like that so that will probably inhibit such class like activity. We'll have to work around this in some sort of fashion.
We'll figure out something out, but time can be a bitch godess. This will be the update thread, we'll keep ya posted.
