I was able to get my hands on real flower hops. I have 4 oz of cascade and 2 oz of amarillo. I was just wondering if anyone had a good recipe to suggest to made a Double IPA. I haven't really found any with those to in it, maybe they just don't go well together. Thanks in advance.

Cascade and Amarillo go quite well together, but you're going to need some more hops to make a DIPA with those.

If you have it use something else for bittering, then
2oz Cascade 10 min
2oz Cascade flameout
2oz Amarillo Dry hop
That might get you there with a DIPA. But I agree with simpledad, it would be nice to have more.

I can always add more. So you suggest dry hopping with the amarillo though?

Jackson is on to something.
What about 1/1 Cascade/Amarillo at flameout
and 1/1 Cascade/Amarillo DH?

Definitely dry hop with the Amarillo. If you can get some Warrior (AA~15%) or even Simcoe for bittering you will be set

Yes, dry hop with the Amarillo. That hop will give you the biggest bang for the buck in that area, especially seeing you want to make a DIPA, so you really want to stand up to a larger malt bill. Cascade is beautiful for flavor and aroma as well, but more subdued than Amarillo. I think the two as late additions will make for a delicious brew.

Here's the hop schedule for a tasty little DIPA that I have on tap right now:
1.0 oz. Galena 60 min
0.5 oz. Columbus 40 min
0.5 oz. Columbus 25 min
1.0 oz. Cascade 15 min
1.0 oz. Amarillo 5 min
1.0 oz. Amarillo DH
Extracts/Grains:
6 lbs Light DME
1 Lbs Amber DME
2 lbs Honey Malt
2 lbs Crystal 40L
1 lbs Carapils
Wyeast #1272 American Ale II
Style Comparison per Tastybrew: OG 1.074 FG 1.019 IBU 108 SRM 16 ABV 7.1
Strong Hop bite up front but it finishes very clean. Next time I'm trying an All-Grain version and will up the grain bill a bit. May also try it without the Galena.
