I'm starting with a glass of my saison that sat on Brett Brux for 6 months then I'm going to try Avery's 15th anniversary ale. They describe it as " A refreshingly tart, fruity, funky farmhouse ale brewed with black mission figs, hibiscus flowers and white pepper. Fermented with 100% Brettanomyces" sounds yummy.

St Feuillien.
Then a St Bernardus 8.
Then hit the homebrewed dubble.
Plus I am listening to Flemmish folk music and driving my girlfreind crazy!

I'm trying to get my keg set-up set up. Then there'll be a weizenbock and belgian dark ale on tap.
Thanks for reminding me Mark.... go Penguins!

Started out with homebrew Kolsch - beautiful velvet.
Had a sip of homebrew IPA - tasty.
Knocked back a bottle of Dogfish Head Pangea with friends - wonderful.
May call it a night or finish with a homebrew sweet cream stout.

I am skipping the dubble and having my La Chouffe type beer.
Not too shabby if I say so!
Then maybe the St Bernardus 8*.

Hefe-weizen mit challenger hops. Brewed on 4/23/08. MMM...
Muntons Bitter kit. Still a few left in tha keg. I've concluded that I'll just brew more AG and avoid the kits after all.

Some over-roasted stout mixed with a Munich dunkle, followed by a nice middle-of-the-road IPA, followed by an APA. Followed by more IPA. Then more APA. Then IPA again. And again. Is there no end to this?

IPA goes good with Pengun hockey, Angler. Good game last night and the brew was too!
Next on tap is apple cider that I aged in the secondary fermenter since last September. I just kegged it and put it in the fridge. Next brew will be Cream Ale as soon as I can carve out some time for a brew session.
