Started with a nice big breakfast followed up with a quick ignite of propane @ 9:30 am... to getting ready for brew day... a full fisted fury of American 2 Row, Munich, and Carmel malts crushed very nicely.. and and 9 ounces of Amercian hops..
Ah... the splender! 76 F breezey and sunny skies... with plenty of homebrew, no kids, wife or work..... a cold beer and a brew kettle...
Brewed 10 g's of a Dales Pale Ale Clone, that I think will turn out great... Krotch brewed 10 gallons of Hefe... god bless him.. I gave him shit all the way through the brew session...... but we happily got through a 14 hour day of beer.....
I think I'll finish my last pint now...
