I just got my 1st draft from my new kegging system...good-bye bottles. The inagural brew is a weizenbock.

Congrats! Bottling is a PITA but if you are like me you'll bottle some that you want to age like a BW or a Tripel since you'll have a rotation of kegs. I have 8 cornies and I usually keep most of them full at all times even though I can only tap two. Sometimes it makes sense to bottle to keep a keg free for something you'll drink more frequently.

Keep some botteled when visiting friends unless you can get used to Bud or Miller again and like it.

I didn't bottle any this first time but I bought some of those individual bottle carb-tablet-thingy-pills so I can next time. I need to study up on how to use them though.
