| steep crushed grain @ 170 30 minutes. remove and add extract. Bring to boil with 1 oz hallertau. add irish moss @ 45 minutes, add 1 oz hallertau @ 55 minutes. cool and pitch yeast ferment @ 46 degrees 4 days, rack to secondary until fermentation stops | |

| This was my fourth batch of beer that I have ever brewed and the first batch of lager. This is some of the best beer I have ever tasted!! All of my friends love it as well! Very creamy head. | |
