Preparation | |
| 1. Add gypsum to 2.5 gal water and steep grains for 30 mins @ 158F. Sparge and discard. 2. Boil malt extract and bittering hops (1oz KG + 1/2 oz Fuggles) for 60 min. 3. Add Irish Moss @ 30 min. 4. Add flavoring hops (1/2 oz. Fuggles) @ 25 min. 5. Add aroma hops (1/2 oz. Cascade) @ 4 min. 6. Pitch yeast @ 70F. 7. Rack to secondary with finings gelatin and dry hops (1/2 oz Cascade + 1/2 oz. KG) | |
