Ingredients
  • 2lb LDME
  • 3lb Wheat Malt Extract
  • 1lb Clover Honey
  • 2oz Willamette 5.2 AA (boiling)
  • 2oz Cascade 6.5AA (1oz Aroma, 1oz Flavor)
  • Ale or Hef yeast
Preparation
Heat up water, add DME, extract and honey. Bring to boil. Add Willamette hops. Boil 40 minutes. Add 1oz Cascade. Boil 15 minutes. Add 1 oz Cascade for final 5 minutes.

Saw you recipe. That seems like a lot of hops for a wheat beer.<br>Would this be a "good" beer for people that normally drink<br>Miller????<br><br>Thanks
