Ingredients

11 pounds 2 row
1.5 pounds Munich
11 oz Crystal 30 lov
4 oz Roasted Barley
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 oz Goldings @ 6% 90 min
1/2 oz Fuggles (finish)
Edinburg whitelabs yeast

Preparation
Infusion mash at 158 F for around 90 min until converted. Sparge with 5 gallons @ 165 F. Ferment to completion and bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
