Mash @ 135 for 35 minutes 1:1 ratio raise temperature by adding 1 gallon of 212 degree water Mash @ 158 for 35 minutes raise to 168 and mash out

boil for 90 minutes 3/4 oz perle @ 90 3/4 oz perle @ 50 1.0 oz tettnang @ 30 irish moss @ 20 1.0 oz tettnang @ 10

bottle condition with 30 ozs. of gyle - taken from wort before yeast is added.
